Green Shoots Recruitment are recruiting a couple of Account Executives for a Creative Agency in Warwickshire. They have a wide and interesting client base and these roles are new ones based on growth due to new business wins. You will need at least 12 months experience within another creative agency within a similar role

Client service is top priority to this agency so they are looking for a person who can create client delight through amazing service levels, maintaining infallible delivery and accuracy of projects and driving increased pipeline of works within your client set.
Summary of what they are looking for: Special individuals with a healthy mix of great client facing skills, good organisational skills and a penchant for Marketing. They expect our account executives to be fast learners and hard workers, expect to ‘Hit the ground running’. There is great potential within the agency to make a career for yourself, you really prove yourself worthy as a great ambassador in front of clients and an effective assistant to their Account Manager. The person would be measured buy their ability to deliver and drive accuracy with clients and through spotting opportunities to create more work with existing clients helping their account manager meet financial targets.
