Green Shoots Recruitment are recruiting a couple of Account Managers or Senior Account Managers for a Creative Agency in Warwickshire. They have a wide and interesting client base and these roles are new ones based on growth due to new business wins. You will need at least 2 – 3 years’ experience within another creative agency within a similar role or be an account executive with over 2 – 3 years’ experience looking for the next step.
The channels you will be involved in are: Search / Content / Creative / Apps / Mobile / ePublishing / Brand / Websites / Reputation / Email / Print / Affiliate / Conversion / Social / Video / PR
Client service is top priority to this agency so they are looking for a person who can create client delight through amazing service levels, maintaining infallible delivery and accuracy of projects and driving increased pipeline of works within your client set.
Summary of what they are looking for: Special individuals with a healthy mix of great client facing skills, project management and marketing experience. They expect our account managers/directors to challenge a brief, help the client shape amazing campaigns and interface with the key internal stake holders to create award winning projects and campaigns. The person will have to be a good project manager with strong understanding of a multifaceted project. Both offline and online experience is preferable. The person would be managing Account Executives so would need to display some ability to effectively motivate and manage people – prioritising work to be done in the most efficient way. The person would be held to account with financial targets for their clients as well as customer satisfaction. This is a real ‘ownership’ role and requires the person to really want to be responsible for a significant role within the company.
