The company based in Cornwall, with a London presence, serves a broad variety of clients throughout the UK, and is a recipient of numerous high profile technical and sector specific awards for its work. With a strong technical team, the company excels at proactive problem solving, identifying and implementing online solutions to traditional business problems in order to enhance profitability on behalf of its clients.
They are recruiting a senior PHP Developer to work as the technical lead on specific projects and to take responsibility for the day to day project management of those projects. Knowledge of Drupal will be essential. This key role will enable the Client to expand its client base and services whilst maintaining and building upon existing client relationships, enabling them to further improve the delivery of high impact digital solutions to their clients, whilst also developing new products and services for future expansion as part of their continuing growth programme.
Experience of the Head of Technology
The successful candidate will be able to show:
- Successful delivery of complex PHP projects
- Understanding of architecture, design and good coding practices
- Good knowledge of Drupal
- Personal Attributes of the Head of Technology
- Well organised and able to plan own time, help others to prioritise theirs
- Good listener and communicator – able to adapt communication style according to the situation
- Self-motivated, committed, with a strong set of ethical values; setting high standards for self and team.
- Self-confident, but aware of own limitations

- Team player; ability to work with a wide range of people
