Overview

My client, a huge technology company in Hong Kong, are looking for a Mid-Senior level UX Researcher (circa 3-5 years) to join their team. This would be with the view of stepping up into an Assistant Manager position within the team.

 The firm in question are actively looking for someone with this level of experience to move into the role of assisting the team manager. This is a great opportunity for those looking for a chance to spread their wings and uproot to a completely new part of the world, as VISAs are provided for any nationality.

You will have 3-5 years experience within Usability/UX Research roles, and will be at a stage where you are looking to move up from a Mid-Senior level into a more managerial role.

You will be an important part of the product development cycle – designing, coordinating and conducting user research plans across different projects.

Along with coordinating research efforts, you will begin to learn about managing budgets and resources, other team members and communicating with stakeholders to ensure that projects run to course and insights are communicated clearly.

You will be skilled in all methods of gathering insights – user testing, focus groups, interviews, and so on. Any previous team lead/mentorship experience will be beneficial.

Native English speakers are preferred, in accordance with the working environment.
