Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is working with a local branding agency with an impressive top end client base – names that most London agencies would die for!  They are initially looking for a junior designer with an impressive portfolio to work as a solo Designer in Worcestershire.  There is some support from the London Designers but the successful person will be independent and confident in their own ability to produce great original design solutions.  The role will mainly entail producing presentations within Indesign.  These include high quality imagery and film, so experience of sourcing and editing still and moving images is essential.  As you will also updating the website, previous experience of updating CMS systems is essential too.

 

You will be responsible for the quality completion of designated projects within timescales; managing your own workflow and timelines, to support the team where necessary and to ensure the highest standards are achieved on all projects.  Branding discipline and understanding; to demonstrate a clear understanding of the branding process and the construction/deconstruction of a brand platform.  Brand consistency; ensure that the brand is consistently delivered throughout the development and roll out process.   To maintain a positive attitude and a passion for the work that you do along with a commitment to deliver under pressure.
