Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Communications Manager to join a leading company in North Hampshire.

The purpose of this role is to implement campaigns and activities according to the marketing communications plan to support the marketing strategies and objectives set out by the Marketing Director and the Heads of Strategic Marketing. The Marketing Communications Manager works across all product lines and business units.

The main responsibilities of the role includes:

  1. Implementing campaigns in a cost effective manner, including the timely and on-budget delivery of catalogues, sampling campaigns, brochures, events etc., as well as writing newsletters and coordinating content creation in order to strengthen the strands of content led marketing.  
  2. Developing and implementing social media campaigns across all business divisions
  3. Continue to develop and implement Social Media campaigns and extend where useful other business units. Over time, create and implement a direct to consumer strategy encompassing SEM, SEO etc

The successful candidate must have:

  1. Solid experience within a marketing role and in the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns.
  2. Copy writing, web editing and editing design file using a variety of marketing software such as InDesign, Photoshop and HTML editing Good financial awareness skills as well as strong project management
  3. Communications and people management skills, and be a highly motivated and proactive individual.  

Ideally, the successful candidate will be educated to degree level (or equivalent)
