Overview
Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for a PHP Developer, with 2 or 3 years work experience. Working as part of a team you will be building and maintaining a range of web sites.
You will be directly involved with the specification and build of new web sites, helping to analyse requirements and ensure a consistently high standard of delivery as well as trouble shooting and issue resolution. The role will also involve some direct client communication including working and delivering to agreed project timescales.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for the web and have a passion to learn.
Skills Required
– PHP 5, HTML/XHTML & CSS
– Object Orientation, MVC Pattern
– MySQL, Javascript and jQuery
– Source Control
– Server Management on both Linux and Windows
– Database Management & Administration
– Domain Administration (transfers, DNS etc)
– Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Wordpress CMS & an eye for detail!!
Advantageous but not essential:
– HTML 5 and CSS 3, MSSQL, classic ASP, Flash and/or AS3
– PCI compliance & credit card processing
