Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for a SEO Specialist for a Digital Design and Communications Agency in Staffordshire.
We are currently recruiting for an SEO Specialist to join an expanding team a successful digital marketing agency based in Staffordshire. They provide email marketing, website design, SEO, graphic design and branding and they are looking for an experienced SEO specialist who will play a vital role in improving our client’s profiles on search engines.
The Role
Your Responsibilities will include:
– The management and implementation of SEO campaigns
– KPI reporting for internal and external stakeholders
– Liaising with the design and development team from initial stage through to go-live to maximize SEO opportunity
– Conducting SEO strategy meetings with clients
The Candidate
You must be able to:
– Manage numerous on-site and off-site SEO campaigns, following best practice, that present a demonstrable ROI for clients
– Perform in-depth keyword research and analysis using popular analytics tools
– Produce regular KPI reports and technical audits for both internal and external stakeholders
– Develop link-building campaigns with an emphasis on high growth of traffic and revenue
– Understand and utilise successful content marketing strategies
– Make use of key marketing channels such as social media, PR, email marketing etc. to produce brilliant results
– Handle multiple projects and prioritise the required tasks effectively to meet deadlines
Desired skills
– Core understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP and CMSs
– Wider understanding of various digital marketing channels and how search interacts with other elements
– Experience and knowledge of multi-lingual SEO
– Evidence of work completed on PPC campaigns
– Meticulous attention to detail
