Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Social Media & SEO Executive to work for a newly formed Creative and Marketing Agency with a guaranteed client base, within the hospitality sector including hotels and spas as well as clients in the outdoor sports

 

The agency will specialize in graphic design, marketing, digital and print media, interior design and architecture.    The agency aims to use its amazing connections to expand its portfolio of clients over the next few years.

 

Working within a small and friendly marketing team, the social media and SEO Executive will play a key role in driving online marketing across the organisation and it’s associated businesses to meet targeted performance.   You will perform daily account management of social media channels as well as management of pay per click campaigns. You will conduct keyword research; maintain a keyword map and working with site stakeholders to deliver commercial successful sales platforms. Using internal reporting and Google Analytics you will monitor online performance and report this to the marketing and IT team.  

 

It is essential that you have had at least 1 – 2 years’ experience within an Online Marketing role.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

• Management the upkeep of the companies various websites content in partnership with stakeholders

• Management of PPC campaigns, working with stakeholders to identify new PPC opportunities

• Analysis and reporting of Web performance statistics

• Identify new web opportunities and routes to market

• Ensure that all community platforms are up to date and provide content to drive revenue through these channels

• Support online brand building activity

• Analysis of digital marketing trends and competitor activity

• Identify new social media trends, tools and opportunities

• Creation and sourcing for digital media content in the forms of compelling copy, HTML, video, imagery

 

Essential Skills:

 

• Good knowledge of digital marketing techniques

• Familiarity with digital marketing and ecommerce

• SEO and PPC marketing experience

• New media and social network marketing awareness

• Understanding of CRM principles

• Excellent time management skills

• The ability to work to tight deadlines

• Excellent communication and team player skills

• Enthusiastic and willingness to learn

• Ability to work accurately and autonomously

• Excellent spoken and written English language

 

Desirable Skills:

 

• Creative flair

• Creation of HTML and web based content through Content management systems

• The ability to analyse marketing information to identify new opportunities

• Email campaign creation and management

• An understanding of email deliverability and optimisation
