Trade Marketing Executive – Fashion Accessories

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a licensee and accessories house in a growing marketing team based in their stunning London head office! You will currently be a Trade Marketing Executive with substantial experience working within the UK for a fashion accessories or FMCG company. 

 

The Company:

 

Our client is a leading luxury accessories brand with their own labels and Designer franchises. 

You will report into the Marketing Manager of UK and Ireland and to the Trade Marketing Manager in Italy, responsible for planning, co-coordinating and executing all marketing activities:

  • Proposing, developing, negotiating, implementing and monitoring the performance of the Trade Marketing plans in the Department Stores and Key Accounts channels in the UK and Ireland.
  • Activities and Training programs agreed with top clients and developed in cooperation with the Trade Marketing department and the Brand Managers in Italy.
  • Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organisations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, including coordination with Corporate Trade Marketing and budget management.
  • Leading efforts to leverage the Global Brand Positioning and support sell-out in top key accounts and department stores locations.
  • Develop bespoke marketing campaigns (POS, customisations, permanent fixtures, training, events, DM, advertising, GWP for department stores, Key Accounts and online retailers.)
  • Prepare reports and provide relevant information to management plus external partners.
  • Brand training presentations for internal staff and clients.

 

Trade Marketing Executive – Fashion Accessories  – The Person:

  • Commercially minded with a strong Trade/Customer Marketing background with solid years experience with a leading FMCG or Fashion Accessories company based within the UK.
  • Proven success in implementing trade marketing projects and training programs in top retail environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Italian is considered an advantage but not strictly necessary.
  • Experience in digital marketing projects is desirable.
  • Experience of project management against set deliverables.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workloads independently when required.
  • Team player and the ability to liaise and work across different departments.
  • Attention to detail, ability to problem solve and ‘make things happen’ and to analyse research projects.

 

Group Marketing & Brand Communications Manager – British Heritage – The Package:

 

  • Salary is £30,000-35,000, dependent on experience
