This is a great opportunity for a talented web designer to join an expanding agency, you will need to be a talented web designer with a good portfolio of work. As the web designer you will have the ability to work to tight deadlines, in an ever changing environment.
Web Designer Job requirements:
Strong web design experience
Interpret and work to briefs
Create original and relevant concepts
Deliver concepts and finished work to specification and deadline
Design material in a consistent manner with good attention to detail
Works well as a team and is client focused
Understand the requirements of corporate clients in a business to business as well as end user environment
Quick to learn new software
Excellent attention to detail
Maintains technical knowledge by watching online training sessions; reviewing professional publications and participating in relevant forums
Always willing ‘to give it a go’
Web Designer Skills/Qualifications:
Web development skills – CSS, HTML, Joomla, Wordpress, Cpanel, FTP, Mysql/phpmyadmin (Dreamweaver & Firebug usage)
CMS website creation = design, development, maintenance, template alteration
HTML e-shot creation
Photoshopping, image-retouching to a high standard
Animated web banners – gif and/or Flash
General Mac skills – ability to troubleshoot issues
